Biography
Charles "Chuck" Straub received his B.A., in Political Science, Cum Laude, from Ohio University in 1989. Mr. Straub received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, in 2005. He was the Chief Advocate of Nova Southeastern University Moot Court Honor Society in 2004-2005. Prior to entering law school he worked in the securities industry as a Series 7 registered representative. Mr. Straub is admitted to all courts in the State of Florida and the Southern District Court. Charles Straub’s areas of practice include First Party Insurance Property Damage Claims, Association Collections, Complex Construction Litigation, Products liability, Subrogation and General Civil Litigation Matters.

Fair, Detailed, and Prompt
Mr Straub is an excellent attorney, who is resourceful, devotes time and energy, is intelligent, and gets results. He got us back on track with the contractor and defined the ground rules for completion. I would recommend him highly.
