Biography
Mrs. Rosa Soberal-Vigh concentrates her legal practice in the area of Immigration and Naturalization. She has successfully represented many individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, EOIR Immigration Court, EOIR Board of Immigration Appeals, and Florida Circuit and County Courts. She has a strong desire and is committed to assisting individuals navigate through the complex legal jargon of USA immigration law. She assists her clients in achieving their goals to lawfully reside and work in the USA. Given the nature of immigration law, Mrs. Soberal-Vigh strives to form a personal relationship with her clients and understand and represent their individual needs.
Mrs. Soberal-Vigh studied Political Science and International Relations at Florida Atlantic University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She was a legal assistant for many years prior to attending law school. Following her passion to assist others she enrolled to study law at NSU Shepard Broad Law Center where she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree.
While studying for the Juris-Doctor she became the Bilingual Assistant Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, participated in the summer judicial clerkship program with the Honorable Judge Carol-Lisa Phillips, volunteered for Legal Aid of Broward were she assisted abused women in self petitioning for residency through the Violence Against Women Act, she was also awarded Pro-Bono Honors upon her graduation.
She has also studied in a Spanish Immersion program in Salamanca, Spain and European Union Law in Budapest, Hungary.
