I took the time to review your Broward County foreclosure case. I was not retained by you, nor did I appear as counsel in your case. You retained my former employer The Ticktin Law Group, P.A I resigned from The Ticktin Law Group on October 26, 2016. Two attorneys from my former employer, one woman and the other a man, represented you in the case for a period of over two years prior to their withdrawal from the case in August 2017. Perhaps you confused me with the other male attorney that did appear in your case on behalf of my former employer. The case was resolved by your consent to Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff/ Bank in October 2015 I communicate with clients and work with clients to formulate strategies to achieve their goals. As a practicing attorney for over 28 years, I am sure you can appreciate how damaging a wrongfully levied professional allegation can be and would be more judicious.
