Biography
David P. Ginzberg earned his Bachelor of Science and Arts Degrees in Economics and English from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He has practiced law throughout Florida since 1984.
As a student, David maintained a 3.9 grade point average and was awarded full scholarships for preliminary undergraduate studies.
David gleaned valuable insight and experience while working with three well known and highly respected Miami law firms. He interned at the law firm of Laurence D. Faye in Coral Gables, concentrating in the areas of personal injury and worker’s compensation. At the law firm of Dunn & Cory David polished his talents with personal injury and expanded his experience with criminal law, bankruptcy, and family law. Commercial litigation and real estate experience was gained through his work with the firm of Muri Wald Biondo Matthews & Marino.
In October of 1989, David initiated his own practice so that ultimately he could better serve the needs of his clientele throughout the State of Florida.
Now specializing in Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, Criminal Defense, and Family Law, David Ginzberg is ready to serve you!
