Highly Recommended !

Nadine was kind, experienced, knowledgable and very professional. She took the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions. My case was handled very smoothly and was a success. I would highly recommend her !!!

Initial appearances can be deceiving

Initially Ms. Heitz was very open and informative. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there . In our experience she did the bare minimum. Her approach was to tell us what we needed to do, look it over, put a cover letter together and send it in. We would have been just as well off by simpl...y doing the work ourself. When I had a legitimate question, she failed to return a phone call for two days. Instead she asked me what I wanted by e-mail.

Thank you for the feedback, we take all reviews seriously. I am sorry that you did not feel you got value from our legal services. Our office fully prepared your case and submitted it to the appropriate agency just as we would for any other client with the same case type. Some people do feel that they can handle their own immigration case themselves and think that it's all about the forms, however, many issues with immigration cases are extremely challenging and complicated. As for not returning your phone call for two days, that is something that I agree we need to be better at. I strive to always be available for my clients and if I am out of the office and forget to call a client back, I hope that my client will understand and call me back with a reminder. I do tend to use email a lot because it helps to have a written record of what my clients need and it's something they can look back on when I give them a detailed answer to their question. My office staff is always accessible 9 - 5 and many questions can be resolved by asking my legal assistant who can relay the issue to me later if my assistant can't answer the client's questions. I am sorry that you feel this way because I did enjoy working with you and I hope that your case will be approved.

Immigration Attorney Review Nadine Heitz.

Nadine Heitz is a excellent immigration lawyer. As my lawyer Nadine was straight forward about the case. Nadine did all see said and presented my Husband case. I got Approval in case thanks to Nadine's hard work and knowledge.
