Aaron Seth Warner

Aaron Warner is a South Florida personal injury attorney and founding partner of Warner & Fitzmartin in Lake Worth, Florida — and a Boca Raton native who has spent his entire career serving the community he grew up in.

His interest in law started close to a courthouse during a high-profile Orlando trial, where conversations with judges and attorneys made his path clear. He earned a bachelor's in legal studies from the University of Central Florida and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, returning to Palm Beach County after graduating in 2014.

Early in his career, Aaron represented insurance companies in personal injury cases — giving him direct insight into how carriers evaluate and defend claims. That experience now works in his clients' favor. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
