Not Honest, Beware Do Not Use!!
Promised one thing and completely delivered nothing. Was told by other lawyers I should have filed a bar grievance with the Florida Bar. Easy to say nice things about a lawyer when you close on a house, but when it comes to real things that you want help with, use a real lawyer not this guy.

Good Real Estate Work
I don't know who has the guts to post a negative review of his guy- he did a great job for me and my wife. We did a couple of real estate closings with Steve and he held our hands the whole time- I'm not used to doing deals but he took the time to explain everything to us. I know some title company...

USE EXTREME CAUTION DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! He did not do what he says he was going to do! He collected fees and was filled with false promiss's! BEWARE DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
