Do not use this guy
Steve was paid and hired to represnt our hoa. Did not show up at scheduled appointments at his office. Was unresponsive to calls and emails. In my opinion wasted our money. Anyone that says positive things about him. Must lie like he does. Find a good lawyer. Only gave one star because I had to. ...

Got the deal done
I had a tough business negotiation that really was about to fall apart- Steve put the deal back together and got the deal closed. Knows his stuff and easy to deal with.
