John Melcher Martyn

Jack Martyn’s father moved the family to his "new" development, the Jupiter Inlet Beach Colony, in 1954.  Jack grew up enjoying the beach and the river, and  a few years later, the Tequesta Country Club.   New to Jones Foster in 2014, Jack spent the previous 43 years building meaningful friendships, solid business relationships and a highly respected law practice in Tequesta, Florida, with his partner, Jeffrey Daversa.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and Real Estate.  The merger of Daversa and Martyn with Jones, Foster should benefit the growing needs of all of our clients through the firm’s combined resources and expanded practice groups over a wider geographic area with offices in Jupiter, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach.
