Difficult real estate case with difficult opposing attorney

If you have a difficult real estate case, you need Trent Steele law firm and his staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy and well prepared for any problem. My case started over five years ago, I went to one law firm and after a year was recommended to go to Trent Steele becaus...e of his expertise in real estate law. Upon reviewing my case attorney Steele's office filed necessary motions with opposing attorney which the previous law firm did not do. Over the many problems that were raised by the attorney for a roofing company, attorney Steele and his office kept me in the loop at all times. After five years my case was finally settled. At the end of the hearing the Judge ordered the attorney for the roofing company to file the final order, attorney Steele's para legal Heather discovered that the order was not removing all the liens (3) and all the Les Pendens (2) and had to correct that order. It is my opinion that Attorney Steele reads every word and that Steele Law answered my phone calls and emails on a timely basis. So, if you need an attorney for any civil issues, I will highly recommend this office as his office was excellent in my case.

Foreclosure Defense

I would highly recommend Mr. Steele and his office staff. After years of me fighting with the bank for a loan modification and numerous short sale failures my home went into foreclosure and the attorney I was working with was unresponsive. I was then referred to Mr. Steele. I worked with Heather fo...r a loan modification and Deed in Lieu and she was excellent in negotiating and going to bat for me. Even called me on her days off!! If needed, I could always speak to Mr. Steele with my concerns. Did not find this with another lawyer I dealt with and would highly recommend this law firm.
