I consulted Sydni to work on my EB-1 application after getting my EAD-GC on an EB-2. After reviewing my application, she gave me an honest input. It needed working on. She told me how to make up for deficiencies. And I worked with her. She was shooting for success on the 1st go.........and it worked. No RFEs........approval 1st time. 4) Dampneing my enthusiasm: People with less qualifications and achievement were getting approved around me and I wanted my case to be filed a couple of months before we actually file. Maybe it might have worked, maybe not. But Sydni told me to hold back and work on the deficiencies till I was in the 90th%ile.........then she filed the case. Like I said not RFEs, and approval within 5 days (Premium Processing). At the end of the day, it was money spent well. Sydni is the kind of driven professional it is a pleasure to work with. Sydni is the best. Previously I was working with a different attorney for my EB1 which was not successful. But had difficulty with communicating and getting responses back.
