While I did not hire Sydni Katz as a lawyer for my Eb1 application, I consulted with her regarding it. She is one of the kindest lawyers I have met; she understands the vulnerability in the immigration situation we are all in and is very empathetic towards her client. She is proactive in following up... to help out and has a comprehensive answer to every single question. She is extremely professional, resourceful, and meticulous in her approach. I am an academic nephrologist at a university hospital. Though I had a strong CV with publications, grants, research and i was invited as faculty at numerous national and international conferences, the one thing I did not have was time. I reached out to Sydni regarding my EB1A petition after hearing about her from my physician friends. During an initial consultation, she gave me detailed feedback on my CV, including strengths and weaknesses and areas where I needed to focus more. I was immensely impressed by her knowledge and hone...st evaluation of my CV. She also informed me of a tentative timeline and what/how she would be assisting me throughout the process.
