Huge shout out to Sydni Katz. Reached out to Chen 3 years ago and our conversation was disappointing. Then learned about Syndi from the FB group and contacted her 3 years ago.  She gave me constructive feedback and asked me to continue to improve my profile, and gave me suggestions. Worked on profile - 30+ publications, 70+ citations, memberships, medical director, PI for clinical research at community hospital and organization supported my EB-1B application. Submitted under regular processing in March 2023, couldn't take the anxiety and stress of waiting game and requested Sydni to apply for PP on May 19th. Got approved this morning. Sydni is the best. Previously I was working with a different attorney for my EB1 which was not successful. But had difficulty with communicating and getting responses back. Sometime ad to wait 2 weeks for a reply email. Sydni is not only very thorough, but is easily approachable and replies immediat...ely to any questions even if they are simple and unimportant. I sought Sydni’s help for my adjustment of status (AOS) petition. Having worked with Sydni for my EB1A application, I had no hesitation in seeking legal services for AOS petition.
