I consulted Sydni to work on my EB-1 application after getting my EAD-GC on an EB-2. After reviewing my application, she gave me an honest input. It needed working on. But unlike other EB-1 attorneys I had consulted in the past, Sydni took a personal interest in my case. The strong points in hiring ...her over others: 1) Promptness and attention to my case: She answered my emails ASAP........even on holidays, weekends and bank holidays. 2) Letter writing: After reviewing my CV, she personally wrote letters of support for me. I had to work on them to be more directed but she put up the framework. This is most important, I am a professional and I know my strong points. But I am not an immigration attorney and don't know what the reviewing officers is looking for. As a professional myself, if I hire an expert to work on my case, they better be worth it for what I am paying. Work on my letter and I will work with you. Don't ask me to get letters from the experts-they don't know what/how to write either. Once the final letters were framed, we worked to convince the experts that this is how the case has to be presented. When my requests didn't work, Sydni stepped in herself to convince the other side. 3) Working on lacunae/strengthening my case: Sidney identified my strong areas which needed some working on. She told me how to make up for deficiencies. And I worked with her. She was shooting for success on the 1st go.........and it worked. No RFEs........approval 1st time. 4) Dampneing my enthusiasm: People with less qualifications and achievement were getting approved around me and I wanted my case to be filed a couple of months before we actually file. Maybe it might have worked, maybe not. But Sydni told me to hold back and work on the deficiencies till I was in the 90th%ile.........then she filed the case. Like I said not RFEs, and approval within 5 days (Premium Processing). At the end of the day, it was money spent well. Sydni is the kind of driven professional it is a pleasure to work with. She would be a success in any professional field she worked in. My family and I are exceedingly happy she is an immigration attorney and I was able to hire her for my case. I would strongly recommend her without reservation to anyone seeking an attorney to work on their EB-1/EB-2 application.
