I would highly HIGHLY recommend working with Sydni Katz. I had spoken with her briefly regarding my green card petition (was considering pursuing EB1) based on reviews that I had read about her on other sites. I had emailed her my CV beforehand, and then we had a long phonecall where it was clear tha...t she had reviewed by CV. She took a lot of time to go through EB1 requirements, including which criteria I met, which criteria I fell short off and what needed to be done in order to meet the EB1 benchmarks. She also spent time answering all my questions. Based on this conversation, I decided to hire her. Shortly after I hired her, my EB2 priority date was current. I was on vacation, out of the US, at the time. Sydni immediately connected with me on Whatsapp to inform me of this. I was able to use the fees I paid her for EB1 to complete the EB2 petition. She told me how to make up for deficiencies. And I worked with her. She was shooting for success on the 1st go.........and it worked. No RFEs........approval 1st time. 4) Dampneing my enthusiasm: People with less qualifications and achievement were getting approved around me and I wanted my case to be filed a couple of months before we actually file. Maybe it might have worked, maybe not. But Sydni told me to hold back and work on the deficiencies till I was in the 90th%ile.........then she filed the case. Like I said not RFEs, and approval within 5 days (Premium Processing). At the end of the day, it was money spent well. Sydni is the kind of driven professional it is a pleasure to work with. She would be a success in any professional field she worked in. My family and I are exceedingly happy she is an immigration attorney and I was able to hire her for my case.
