Huge shout out to Sydni Katz. Reached out to Chen 3 years ago and our conversation was disappointing. Then learned about Syndi from the FB group and contacted her 3 years ago.  She gave me constructive feedback and asked me to continue to improve my profile, and gave me suggestions.
