I retained Ms. Samuels to represent my grandmother in a lawsuit against a Boca Raton nursing home, for neglect and improper care. She was malnourished, suffered from bed sores. Ms. Samuels seems clueless, and did not seem to know what she was doing. There was no communication, and telephone calls were frequently unanswered, and when they were, it took a long time, and the answers we not useful. She just took my money and did nothing to stop the abuse of my grandmother.
