I went to see this lawyer on the advice of a friend after my car was totaled by a four time drunk driver. Bad choice on my part. After three years of waiting, calling Mr Kane's office,emailing,trying to get information, this case never even got started. I come to find out he's got internal problems w...ith the firm (which had been going on at least a year while he pretended to handle my case) and had left several cases that were not handled, ignored whatever you want to call it. At this point I was so angry and frustrated that I had wasted three years thinking this would be over shortly, when it never began. Fortunately for me my case was handed over to a wonderful attorney who showed me what a REAL attorney does. This new attorney started from square one and finalized my case with a settlement, all in one year. I suggest you look elsewhere for another attorney. I had to choose one star or if give zero.
