Expunction

I hired Douglas to help me with an expunction. From start to end, he did a great job. He is that kind of approachable person that you can rely on for anything, someone that will listen to your concern and take the extra mile to make things happen.

Case Dismissed

I received a ticket for a stop sign violation. I am a careful driver and had a perfect driving record until now. I hired Douglas Leifert and was thrilled that he got my case dismissed - no points, no traffic school, no fines. Would definitely hire again!

Professional service

Doug did what he promised and more than I expected in a timely manner. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone. I would certainly retain him again if the need should arise.

Move Over Violation

When I received this violation, I felt violated. I was not in the wrong. I requested help from Doug Leifert, and this violation was dismissed. It's sad when innocent drivers are targeted by the law who are put there to protect us. Without Mr. Leifert's help, my perfect driving record would have been... tarnished and my insurance costs would have gone up. That is a crime against me. Thankfully, Mr. Leifert put justice on my side. I would also like to state that David, Mr. Leifert's assistant was very efficient and timely answering all my questions. Thank you David.

Traffic ticket - very high speeding

I had a very high speeding ticket due to a "stuck throttle" going 120mph in a 55mph zone. The law firm's paralegal David handled communications through phone and email efficiently. I did not even have to speak to the attorney. The case was dismissed due to the officer not appearing in court. He m...ust have been afraid of the law firm. Haha. Wow! That is what I call RESPECT. The law firm has a client for life. I was thrilled with the outcome as I was told by the cop to expect to pay over $1,000 for the ticket and suspension of license.
