Speeding Ticket - Dismissed! Thank you Doug!

Consulted with Doug on a speeding ticket which I really didn't deserve, in my opinion.... Doug is great! He is professional, fair and follows through. He took care of my case quickly and thoroughly. I was at ease throughout the entire process. My case was dismissed, no points, no traffic school an...d his fee was very reasonable!

Expunction

I hired Douglas to help me with an expunction. From start to end, he did a great job. He is that kind of approachable person that you can rely on for anything, someone that will listen to your concern and take the extra mile to make things happen.

Case Dismissed

I received a ticket for a stop sign violation. I am a careful driver and had a perfect driving record until now. I hired Douglas Leifert and was thrilled that he got my case dismissed - no points, no traffic school, no fines. Would definitely hire again!

Professional service

Waste of money !

I was upfront about the speeding ticket I got (9 miles over speed limit in the fastest lane on i95) and also the fact , that I had a speeding ticket within 6 months. They took my case anyway . I got the final judgment and had to pay - ticket , fine and got 3 points on my license . Question - what did... I pay for ??? When I called the office to ask that question , I was told that the judge who had my case was really " mean" and fined everyone . Another question - so obviously you know the judge would be brutal , so why take my case ? Ohhh to make money , I understand !! Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy . Had to hire them because I live out of town! Skubiak and Rivas of Orlando are the best however !! Too bad they weren't within the zip code .

This result is a reflection of this client's POOR driving history. She had already used a school election within the last twelve months and had several other tickets within the past two years. This means that she either had to pay the citation and receive the points or go to Court and try and beat the case. We advised her that we could not offer any guarantees in Court. It was her choice to go to Court and try and receive no points. We went to Court twice for her, including a Trial. The Magistrate she pulled ( random assignment ), is indeed one of the tougher ones in this Jurisdiction. She had no legal or factual defense to the charge and we did the best that we could. The Court refused to NOT assess points due to the facts and driving history, not because of our efforts or lack thereof. I wish we could get every case Dismissed.....!
