I received a ticket for speeding and was very nervous about the whole process because this is the second ticket I ever got in my driving record. I called the Traffic Ticket Guy from an ad I received via mail and from there I was put at ease. They located the ticket, new all the details and explained ...the possible outcomes. They scheduled the court date and represented me at court without me having to interrupt my working day and kept me in communication. As a working mom that’s expecting this was such a relieve. Their lawyer was able to get my ticket dismiss with no points, school or court fees and I couldn’t be more thankful.

We had a horrific crash on the Turnpike on Mother's day involving my entire family. The traffic officer that we call ended up given us a ticket for hitting the rail guard. Well, much to my surprise you CANNOT park in a handicap spot even though you possess a handicap permit and caring for elders; elders must be with you in the car....I had left them home while running an errand for them..much easier on me. So, I was arrested...yup.. arrested. I was informed by the po...lice officer my car maybe towed too because he had the right to do so. He didn't - I was allowed to move it from the spot. The permit was removed from my mirror and destroyed and I was now criminal. I was informed I was arrested for a criminal offense....WHAT? About me, middle age, 6 year college degree and a professional with no criminal history/record. I was too embarrassed to tell my family/friends so the next day, after I was up all night, I googled for information for assistance. I was seeking someone to assist that was not too COMMERCIALIZED yet with a record of historical successes. I saw the website of the Traffic Ticket Guy (have to admit I liked the name) then I began to read the website and I made the call. A woman answered the phone and I began crying telling her my embarrassing story. She was so consoling and best part is her response stopped my crying and worry - she said "don't worry about this - this should be the least thing you should worry about...this is a common mistake". I thought my world had come to an end. I'm a criminal! Maybe she heard me wrong?! Within a few minutes I heard back from the TRAFFIC TICKET GUY on how to proceed to have this taken care of IN MY BEST INTEREST!!!! It was DISMISSED. SUCCESS!!!!

Wonderful! My traffic infraction was Dismissed! The result were: No fines!, no points!, no court costs!, No driving school! I did not have to go to the office, I made the contract by phone. I received the notice of court date by mail, the lawyer went for me, I did not have to be present. And the... result was sent to me by email. Very easy and confortable.
