After a extended journey in healthcare litigation on the payor side, for some time now, I changed the focused of my practice to defending medical providers and businesses in healthcare reimbursements, transactions, disputes, commercial health insurance audits, Medicare and Medicaid audits, healthcare fraud investigations, operational compliance and managed care contracting.

I am experienced in representing a range of practices and businesses such as Primary Care practices, physician practices, detox and substance use facilities, mental health health practices, nurse registries, toxicology laboratories and other healthcare related businsses.

I graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of law in 1993 and have continuously practiced in the private law firm setting in Florida. I have an AV preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell and am a member of the Florida Bar Health Law Section; a member of the Civil Rules of Procedure Committee; and a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, Health Law Section.
