Cheyenne Acosta Pearson

Cheyenne Pearson was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Hawaii Pacific University for her first two years of undergrad but graduated from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga in 2019. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Africana Studies. After finishing college, she attended St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, Florida where she graduated in 2022 with her J.D. Her second year of law school she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Healthcare Compliance, along with many semesters of being on honor roll. During her time at St. Thomas, she sat on the Executive Board for the Black Law Student Association as the organization’s Historian.

While studying for the Florida Bar, Cheyenne became employed at Fischetti Law Group and entered into an Associate position upon her passing. Cheyenne hopes to continue learning and practicing in the area of Personal Injury and PIP litigation.

On her free time she loves to read and go to the beach. A fun fact about her is she has been shark cage diving twice.
