Biography
Hello! I am proud to serve my fellow residents of South Florida as an aggressive defender of individual rights when facing reckless individuals and companies whose actions have caused personal harm. I also work to ensure fair treatment by profit-oriented insurance companies. I established my law firm in 1994 with my partner, Darryl Kogan, and since then we have formed a solid reputation for being very good at what we do - and for taking good care of our clients. Our focus is personal injury - primarily all types of moving vehicle accidents, as well as catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. I believe in following an ethical code, and in always being one step ahead of the other side. We are a busy law firm - but we always have time to talk to injured victims or their loved ones, and we will always give you our highest and best effort.

Accident assistance
