My daughter was a passenger in a horrific auto accident where she had to spend 5 days at the hospital for surgery and recovery of her injuries. Unfortunately, my daughter did not drive so she had no insurance, and the driver only had the basic insurance required by law. Thankfully, we contacted Kog...an and Disalvo. They did an EXCELLENT job at representing my daughter. Although there was no insurance to compensate my daughter for her injuries, Kogan and Disalvo was able to negotiate with our auto insurance for them to extend some coverage which helped pay all of the outstanding medical bills' balances and loss of wages. They handled everything very efficiently and professionally from the beginning to the end.
