Biography
Darryl B. Kogan is a founding partner in the law firm of Kogan & DiSalvo, with offices in Boca Raton and Boynton Beach, Florida. The firm was established in 1994 and specializes in personal injury, including auto accidents, premises liability, mass torts and class actions, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Kogan is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, which is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar for the competency and experience of an attorney in the personal injury area. Mr. Kogan obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1983. He obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1979 from the University of Denver and his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1977 from Florida Atlantic University.
Mr. Kogan is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Courts for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida, and all courts of the State of Florida as well as a Certified Arbitrator in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit for Palm Beach County, Florida.
His current professional memberships include: The Florida Bar, American Association For Justice, the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, American Bar Association, South Palm Beach County Bar Association, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. They breached the retainer. If you want a lawyer that keeps their word and honors the contracts don't hire this firm.
