We had a tricky real estate issue with a contract that needed to be cancelled because it wasn't valid and the buyer in question was violating FL real estate statutes. We contacted Tim and he had a cease and desist letter prepared almost immediately and we had a cancellation of contract within 2 days.... He was straight to the point, knew exactly which statutes were being violated and was so knowledgeable that the other party knew they had no fight and complied immediately. We would gladly use Tim again for any other real estate needs.

Never bought a house in Florida and Tim helped explain in detail what needs to be done and how it's done. I asked Tim to send me estimated costs of my closing and with in hours Tim sent closing costs. Didn't expect the estimated cost to come so fast. And with the costs was a detailed email of all t...he costs and if i had any questions to please call him. I was very impressed. When we called Tim with a question late one night I didn't expect him to get back to us so late; but a few minutes went by and he called us right back. He also got back to us over the weekend. I was greatly impressed and I could not have asked for a better lawyer to help with our closing. I highly recommend Tim for helping anyone out with the closing of your house.
