A good lawyer has compassion, knowledge and communication. The experience we had with Ms. Schatzman included all of those traits and more. It was beyond our expectations. At the last hour we found her and she jumped right in and kept us from falling victim to an incompetent and/or unethical ti...tle company closing a real estate transaction. I only wish we had hired her sooner at the beginning and let her be our closing attorney. She found numerous mistakes in their closing statement which saved us $1000's. The title company's contract had a clause that would have had us indemnify them against any losses, she caught it and said it had to be taken out. As emails flew back and forth we observed her amazing tenacity as she clearly articulated the corrections to be made and why. You can only expect positive results with any case she accepts.
