**DO NOT USE Michelle Hollister!!** I would NEVER recommend Michelle Hollister! She is a rip off. I gave her a check for $5000. on 6/21/22 at 2pm to get my 86 year old father Medicaid. I was supposed to meet her on 6/24/22 to give her paperwork & sign to complete the application. On 6/24/22 my... father was rushed to the ER & admitted to Hospice, where he passed away a few days later. I informed her immediately that her services were not needed and to refund my money. She barely had the check in her possession for 3 days, The ink was barely dry on the check. When I ask her for a refund she had the nerve to claim she did the work. How can she do ANY work without all my fathers documents to complete the application. She just had the basics on my Dad: name, address. She should be ashamed of herself for taking $5000 from me. To date I have also asked her for an itemized bill for the work she completed that would justify her keeping my hard earn money. She has the nerve to say to me if my father was alive I would not be asking for a refund! Duh!!!! She has no compassion & is a discussing individual. I wish I could share all of her COLD HEARTED text she sent me claiming I miss my appointment with her on 6/24. Of course I missed it, I was with my GRAVELY ILL father! I have only just begun!!! we have so many mutual friends. ****Michelle YOU should be ASHAMED of YOURSELF!!

I received a lot of promises of things like personal service agreements, arrangements to be paid for providing services for my mom. I never received anything. I spent over a year gathering documents, bank statements etc. Then I'm informed that my mom makes too much money each month and I should wa...it till she runs out of money before applying for Medicaid. Well that turned out to be the worst advise I ever got. After providing $4,000 to Ms Hollister I got actually nothing done. When I asked for a partial refund all I got was a voice message stating she did all the work and there will be no refund. I called and asked for a phone conversation but got none. My advice would be careful when dealing with this attorney, she promises the world, uses all these legal terms for things she can do for you but does NOT DELIVER. I guess the clue is she always said, don't forget to bring a check. This is part of why people in general dislike attorneys. All smiles at first but fail to live up to the talk. My advice which is free, go somewhere else!!
