We are writing this review to acknowledge the totally professional service, knowledge and expertise of this office, which was all conveyed in a caring and respectful manner! Mr. Gilbert's assistant, Liz is a fine complement to his office and is also readily available when we call the office, and alw...ays responds to us in a prompt and courteous manner. We would recommend the office to anyone needing bankruptcy or foreclosure assistance, and would be suspicious of anyone who reviewed the office too differently than we are now doing, since the 2 people who suggested we call him also felt the same as we do! THE OFFICE WAS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS IN HELPING US THROUGH A VERY TOUGH TIME.

Richard Gilbert is a totally incompetent attorney. I hired him to handle my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Right from the start, he started making mistakes. First off, he lost all my paperwork, and i had to gather it all over again. Next, he would never return any of my phone calls...NEVER! He didnt even... go to Court with me. He sent another attorney for him that I hadnt even met. Hiring him was the worst mistake I ever made. Please dont even consider hiring this lawyer!! STAY AWAY!!!
