I have always taken a hands on approach to meet the needs of my clients. For many of many clients I have represented three generations of the family. As a client, you are always a phone call or a few keystrokes away. The essence of my practice is prompt problem solving.

 I believe that the practice of law is a calling. All of my clients are treated with respect and dignity. Every concern is given consideration. If I am unable to handle a matter, I am happy to refer you to a trusted colleague.

I have been an AV rated attorney for over twenty years. An AV rating is the highest rating for both legal ability and ethical standards. Since the rating is  the result of anonomous peer surveys, I am very honored to have attained it.

For almost 30 years, I have represented clients in will and trust disputes in numerous Florida circuits. At the end of last year I decided to phase out this portion of my practice. I am; however, continuing to be called upon by probate litigators to serve as either a court appointed trustee or ad litem. Additionally I have, and continue to serve as an expert witness as to attorney fees in will and trust matters.

From 1992 through 2014 I served on the Probate and Trust Litigation Committee of the Florida Bar. I continue to serve on the South Palm Beach County Probate Committee and I am a past member of the Real Estate Committee.

Although the practice of law is my vocation I am equally passionate about service to my church and community. I have been both Leader of Laity and Chairperson of Church Council for First United Methodist Church of Boca Raton. I continue my involvement in various capacities. I have been on the board of directors for our local YMCA. Currently I volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and Family Promise.
