Without question, the best elder law lawyer in Palm Beach County

I have hired Ellen to represent me in various elder law matters over the years. She has been great. Brilliant on the law and a top notch advocate in court are just two of her attributes. She is also ethical and caring and perhaps the greatest tribute comes from the accolades that I have seen and hear...d given to her by judges and her lawyer opponents. I am very fortunate to be her client.

Great Representation and Good Communication

Ellen represented us in a case and was truly excellent. The other party's attorney was an obstructionist who dragged the proceedings out for months, but Ellen was determined and effectively argued our case. She communicated very effectively with her clients and with the Court. I would recommend her w...ithout reservation.

Fiduciary Representation

Ellen is a terrific litigator. She took on a very complex matter involving multiple hostile people and their attorney's. Her communication skills and the respect she commands from her peers was extremely beneficial in resolving the matter. She is logical and pragmatic. She looks to expedite the e...nd game by resolving issues quickly. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her for any litigation matter.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
