Dayami Sans

Dayami Sans, Esq. is the newest attorney on the Elder Law Associates PA team. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She concentrates her practice in the areas of elder and special needs law, wills, trusts and advance directives, Medicaid and disability planning, including the preparation of trusts, guardianship, asset preservation planning, estate and trust administration, elder and special needs law litigation, including guardianship litigation, fiduciary litigation, will contests and nursing home residents’ rights litigation. 

Dayami earned her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Communication Studies from Florida International University. She later attended St. Thomas University where she was a joint degree student and obtained her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling. Dayami was subsequently admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016. During her time in law school, she was the Secretary of the Elder Law Society, Criminal Law Society, and the Jewish Law Student Association; and she was also the Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta.

Prior to her admittance to the Florida Bar, Dayami dedicated a vast amount of her free time volunteering at Broward Outreach Center, Lawyers to the Rescue, and the Everglades Correctional Institution. She was a valued law clerk at our firm, interned at a family law and personal injury law firm, and clerked with the Honorable Yvonne Colodny in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Criminal Division.
