Great Experience!

Steven was very professional in taking care of my needs. I had done significant work for a larger corporate client in FL who later decided not to pay. They had no reasons for non-payment other than that the company had changed management. We obtained a judgement first and then started the process of collection. Steven helped me collect about 70% of what was due through negotiation despite claims from the company that they were "uncollectable". His fees were reasonable and he treated me fairly.

He spoke to me on the phone and proposed a very decent price quote for a small tenant landlord matter that had to be addressed.

He spoke to me on the phone and proposed a very decent price quote for a small tenant landlord matter that had to be addressed.

Even though I spoke to my landlord and everything is uneventful, this attorney spoke to me freely on the phone and did not charge me for it. He spoke to me briefly, took my information down and agree to have a free Zoom meeting later on during the same day. I thought this was very professional going out of his way the please a potential client. Even though I did not get to speak to him, I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a landlord tenant dispute.

Dedicated, Skilled and Personable Attorney

Highly recommended for debt collection

Tenacious, unrelenting, focused, disciplined, aggressive, well mannered, polite, strong. The best attorney I have ever hired. On several occasions collected debts due to me. Hung in there all the way. Very familiar with court procedure. Respected my wishes, never forcing me to compromise. I am a Florida CPA and have recommended Steven to my clients on several occasions.

Do not hire

My husband & I went to Mr. Ginns to update our wills since my husband was terminally ill. Mr. Ginns was aware of this. We specially ask him if the will was sufficient if death to one of us would occur. His reply was: YES. Unfortunately my spouse did pass and as result I have come to find out that Mr. Ginns should have suggested that a surviving spouse should also be listed as a BENECIARY. Mr. Ginns is NOT a competent attorney.
