We hired the Boukzam Law firm which included Ryan Boukzam during November 2018 to terminate our time share with Vistana Condo Assn in Orlando, Florida. From our initial consultation as well as after we retained them, we felt extremely secure and confident with Ryan Boukzam and his interest in our ca...se. He communicated with us via email but also via personal calls on our telephone. In late August he phoned us with the good news that Vistana agreed to the terms of our termination. My first contact was with Natalie Boukzam on October 3 and we agreed on legal services. She was very friendly and helpful and I felt hopeful. I owned two weeks for 20 years at LaVista Resort in St. Maarten and tried for years to rent or sell with little to no success. I have been trying to withdrawal from this timeshare for many years. My husband and I got into a situation we thought we would never be able to get out of. I tried several companies with promises to dissolve our timeshare, but none came through. We had spent a considerable amount of money trying. ... We decided to try one more time and we received a referral from a friend about this law firm. They told us what they could do for us and how they would get us out of our contracts and would not leave it to our children to mess with getting rid of it. Of course this is what we had been told in the past, but we gave our money and were very hopeful with the way that they spoke to us and encouraged us to try one more time. This law firm kept after Capital Resorts relinquently in our benefit. They kept us up to date on what they were doing as well as what Capital Resorts was telling them. This law firm never left us without information and they were successful in getting our timeshare dissolved. They told us up front that it could cost us some money, but they got us out without costing us another penny. We would recommend this Law Firm to anyone that is frustrated with the way the timeshare companies are treating them and would like to get out of the timeshare business.

After falling into the money pit of time-share ownership we tried unsuccessfully several times to get out. Contracted with Boukzam Law and were told to expect results within 12-18 months. Six months later we are the ecstatic UN-owners of the property. Can’t say enough about Bulldog Ryan and his siste...r Natalie but if you want out of time-share ownership this is who you want.
