I initially contacted Boukzam Law on April 1, 2020 for assistance with cancelling my timeshare contract. I spoke with Natalie who was very nice and empathetic with my situation. When my husband and I retained Mr. Boukzam's firm in September 2018, we were in the grips of an unscrupulous Time Share company who would never even explain how to use our vacation condo and just continued to charge us more and more fees that didn't appear in our contract.
