Termination of Timeshare Contract

Ryan was very diligent in closing this case for me. He was at the forefront of the case drafting demands and pushing for termination of my illegally obtained timeshare contract.

Worth the wait

Ryan Boukzam, Esq. He was wonderful, at the forefront of my case, drafting demands, and pushing for termination. So if you are like me and got vambozeled by the lure of a fast talking sales man. And need help getting out from under a bad decision (buying into a timeshare) then call Boukzam Law!

Timeshare

Ryan was helpful in the process of termination of our timeshare. He pursued the company filing motions in our behalf and continued until the matter was resolved. We are pleased and so thankful of the outcome and that the matter is resolved with no future obligations of our heirs or ourselves. Westgate timeshare

Natalie and Ryan informed us at the beginning that Westgate was one of the toughest to get out of contract with. They communicated with us throughout the process giving updates and assurances it would come to fruition and a couple of years later it was done, yea and great job!

Awesome lawyer

I had problem with my time share it was costing me to much for something that we never used it and the monthly fees and yearly maintenance fees were going up every year. So we decided to hire a lawyer and contacted Boukzam company. Since the day one they were very friendly and welcoming and they did...'t have any problem working with our case since they knew how the timeshare worked and they had represented other clients about timeshare issues and won the cases. We are very happy with their service and we won the case against the timeshare company that we signed up. I would recommend the Boukzam agency to anyone who has problem with the timeshare and want to get out of theirs like we did. Thank you again for the time and all the work you guys put towards our case.
