I have been trying to withdrawal from this timeshare for many years. My husband and I got into a situation we thought we would never be able to get out of. I initially contacted Boukzam Law on April 1, 2020 for assistance with cancelling my timeshare contract. I spoke with Natalie who was very nice and empathetic with my situation. I was feeling very foolish for getting into this situation but she assured me that I’m not alone and she would be able t...o help me. She explained that the process could take as long as 12 to 18 months. I was okay with that as long as I didn’t have to continue making payments on the contract. Her brother Ryan was the person who negotiated with the timeshare company. Much to my surprise, he was able to obtain a settlement in less than 3 weeks. I can’t tell you how much of a relief this is financially and emotionally. This is one of the few times I can say that I am totally satisfied with my attorney and would recommend Boukzam Law to anyone looking to get out of their timeshare.

When my husband and I retained Mr. Boukzam's firm in September 2018, we were in the grips of an unscrupulous Time Share company who would never even explain how to use our vacation condo and just continued to charge us more and more fees that didn't appear in our contract.
