Biography
I've practiced criminal law since 1981 as a State Attorney, Public Defender, Regional Conflict Counsel and now in private practice. At the Public Defenders I held positions as Chief of the Felony Division and Chief of the Capital Trial Division (Homicide). In addition to trial work, I undertake Appeals and Post-Conviction Motions. No case is too big or too small as I have handled DUI's and Retail Theft and everything in between to First Degree Murder and Federal Drug Cases. Prior to Law School I attended Pharmacy School and I am still a Licensed Registered Pharmacist. This background assists me in effectively addressing complex scientific issues that routinely occur in criminal cases.
