Mr. Passantino was an outstanding attorney in serving my family’s legal needs. Nick is the lawyer to have on your side.
Source of comfort in getting the insurance company to settle my new roof fairly. He is direct and knows all the legal aspects of hurricane damage . He does his homework and makes sure there is a good chance of winning. If he takes your case you will be pleased with his determination to represent you forcefully.

Nick “No Quit” Passantino
Nick took my case over a year ago trying to get my insurance company to help me fix my leaking roof. They denied my claim. My roofer left me high and “wet”. I had active leaks. Mold in the walls. I have 3 young kids and went through this in their bedroom and bathroom. Nick never gave up. He got my mold remediated. I was able to get my roof fixed and now it will even be replaced. He is the only one who stood by me and fought for me. My family and I are forever grateful for Nick!

Extreme satisfaction!
Mr Passantino worked on my case against my insurance company to replace my roof. I must say that I was shocked at how fast he turned this into a positive result so quickly. Very well versed in the law regarding insurance claims
Nicholas was my lawyer on my insurance claim to fix the roof on my house. Despite some basic rookie mistakes I made out of ignorance regarding my insurance claim he was still able to go in and help me fight the insurance companies attempt to pay a partial claim. He fought very hard for me and I was extremely impressed with how he handled my case. The insurance company did try to push back and I believe it was through the effort of Nicholos fighting the legal challenge for me that they eventually decided to settle the case. I really recommend Nicholos if you need a lawyer that has the veracity, knowledge and enthusiams to do what's right.
