Daniel R. Sagiv

I founded Daniel Sagiv Law Group after having advocated for hundreds of people injured in car accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, and other traumatic incidents. I also represented Doctors, Chiropractors, and MRI Facilities who were not paid properly by insurance companies, in PIP (personal injury protection) suits. It was in this work that I learned litigation and negotiation skills, and how crucial it is to make client satisfaction my top am passionate about helping people who have been treated wrongfully by insurance companies. I strive to promote understanding of the legal process by constantly communicating with clients, and making myself available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Prior to founding Daniel Sagiv Law Group, I practiced at a boutique firm in South Florida, and served as head of the Personal Injury Department where I personally settled over 500 cases. I graduated with Honors from The University of Miami and Florida International University School of Law, and was a member of Law Review, The Board of Advocates (Moot Court), and also earned the Florida Bar’s “Outstanding Local Government Award.”I was admitted to both the Florida and New Jersey Bars, and remain involved in the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association as a Personal Injury Committee Member, and Broward County Bar Association.
