Biography
Daniel Sagiv is the founder and managing attorney of Daniel Sagiv Law Group, P.A., a Boca Raton-based personal injury law firm dedicated to representing individuals and families affected by serious accidents and injuries.
Daniel focuses his practice on car accidents, commercial truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, Uber and Lyft accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and qualifying premises liability claims.
Before founding his firm, Daniel practiced at a boutique South Florida law firm, where he served as head of the Personal Injury Department and personally settled more than 500 cases. His extensive experience negotiating with insurance companies and litigating injury claims gives him valuable insight into the challenges accident victims face.
Daniel believes that effective legal representation begins with communication, accessibility, and personal attention. He works closely with clients to help them understand the legal process, evaluate their options, and pursue the compensation they may be entitled to receive. His firm offers free consultations and 24/7 phone availability for prospective clients.
Daniel graduated with honors from the University of Miami and Florida International University College of Law. During law school, he participated in Law Review and the Board of Advocates (Moot Court), and received the Florida Bar's Outstanding Local Government Award.
