Courtney Leigh Yates Roderick Soria

Courtney Soria, a Florida native, is the managing partner of Soria Law.  She has practiced immigration law for over fourteen years.  She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Florida A&M College of Law, after receiving her Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida.  In law school, Courtney Soria was a member of law review and moot court, and also received two book awards in Florida Practice and Professional Responsibility.  While serving as a student law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review Orlando Immigration Court, Courtney Soria, discovered an area of law where she knew that she could act as an advocate, and learned about immigration proceedings from the inside.

Courtney Soria limits her practice areas to immigration law in order to ensure that you receive competent legal advice and services.  Courtney Soria takes the time to make sure that you understand your case and your options before you decide what you want to do with your case.

Courtney Soria is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and may appear before all Florida Courts, United States Immigration Courts, USCIS Field Offices, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. She is also eligible to practice in federal court before the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida.  Courtney Soria is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association - South Florida Chapter and Central Florida Chapter.
