I cannot recommend Stacey Mullins highly enough. When I was first introduced to Stacey it was by a man who had represented himself in a divorce while she represented his ex. He had such a positive experience that he referred her to me. That in and of itself is a ringing endorsement! At the beg...inning of my case I was in a VERY bad place...it started off being falsely accused of domestic violence, abusing my children and making domestic threats using firearms by my ex. I was served a restraining order, kicking me out of my house and blocking me from seeing my daughters. Stacey immediately went on the offensive. During a deposition prior to my court date on the accusations, she attacked my ex destroying everyone of her lies and forcing her to admit I was a good person, was a GREAT Father and never threatened or hurt any of them. With her claims demolished my ex and her attorney had no choice but to withdraw their criminal complaint and have all charges dismissed. The next stage of my case involved utter insanity. My ex was unfortunately experiencing a mental illness and her erratic behavior was endangering our children. Again Stacey repeatedly pressed forward legal tactics doing everything she could to temporarily shift full custody to me; while on a personal level her empathy towards me and my daughters was completely unexpected. Further her efforts to encourage my ex to seek help presented via the court and her attorney was a total surprise. The next stage of my case was a protracted delay while my ex received the treatment she needed and then reintegrated into normal life. Stacey was very supportive during this time and began sharing ways that I could help reduce legal bills to finalize the divorce. When we finally entered mediation, Stacey had transferred a number of tasks that I and my ex (now acting amicably) could accomplish on our own thereby reducing the legal costs associated with our divorce. Stacy was truly professional at every stage and showed an adaptability in how she represented my interests with precisely what was appropriate for what was happening at that time. Today my ex and I are told that we co-parent and communicate at a very high level; this is certainly to the benefit of our daughters. I credit Stacey with ultimately helping us navigate from a terrible place to one of peace.
