Biography
I advise clients on the business and litigation aspects of bankruptcy and workouts. My bankruptcy practice has involved representation of a wide range of clients, including Chapter 11 debtors in possession, lenders, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors – including banks, factoring companies, and financing companies, DIP lenders, purchasers of assets, landlords, trustees, receivers and defendants in adversary proceedings.
My practice involves extensive commercial litigation experience in both prosecuting and defending complex business disputes, including receiverships (both federal and state court), partnership disputes, enforcement of factoring agreements, breaches of loan agreements, and infringement of intellectual property rights.
I've developed a unique focus in the collection of large judgments, and I regularly represent well-known Fortune 500 insurance companies in their recovery efforts, collecting upon multi-million dollar judgments and combating insurance fraud.
