Biography
Dr. Silva attended the University of Florida, College of Medicine, graduating as a member of the Junior Honors Early Admission Program in 1991. Subsequently, he completed an internship in Family Medicine and a Residency in Ophthalmology, all at the University of Florida. Dr. Silva established a successful private practice in Ophthalmology in South Florida in 1995. Dr. Silva frequently reviewed medical malpractice cases as an expert during his practice. After Dr. Silva completed Law School, he decided to exclusively dedicate his time to being a patient advocate and represent victims of personal injury and medical negligence.
