Orit Levit

Attorney Orit Levit has dedicated her legal career to the exclusive practice of U.S. Immigration Law. Designated a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization, Attorney Levit has extensive experience representing clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), in Immigration Courts throughout the United States, and U.S. consulates abroad. Her practice emphasizes deportation defense, family-based petitions and waivers, business immigration with a focus on employment and investment petitions, as well as complex naturalization cases. She brings broad experience to the firm, having worked at two of Los Angeles’s largest immigration law firms where she represented countless individuals and corporations and achieved a high level of success in family reunification, employment-based petitions and deportation defense. Ms. Levit has successfully appealed cases to the Administrative Appeals Office, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and has obtained positive results in Federal Court litigation challenging a number of USCIS decisions.

Attorney Orit Levit received her law degree from the University of Western Ontario, in Ontario, Canada. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2001 and is admitted to practice before the United States for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. As a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, Orit Levit has been recognized as an expert in her field and is authorized to practice immigration law throughout the United States.
