Marissa Beth Gart

Marissa B. Gart focuses her practice in marital and family law. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in English in 2005 then she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010. Prior to entering the practice of Marital and Family law, Marissa was a criminal defense attorney for the Law Office of the Public Defender, Broward County, Florida. She also has experience in Labor and Employment law.

She is equipped to handle litigation, dissolution of your marriage, negotiation of timesharing, distribution of assets or liabilities, alimony, pre-nuptial agreements and child support. Marissa is committed to making the litigation process an efficient and productive experience, with a focus on educating her clients, strategizing together, and discussing their options as the case progresses.

Marissa has an excellent reputation among clients and the Boca Raton legal community. She is a member of South Palm Beach County Bar Association and Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL). In her free time, Marissa loves running and cross training.
