Marife Nazario Yordan

Marifé Nazario-Yordan has over 23 years of collective experience in EB-5 law, all areas of immigration law, as well as corporate and commercial law and transactions, acquired through leadership roles with national and international law firms, multinational corporations and through her own private practice. Over the course of the years, Ms. Nazario has successfully represented private and public employers and individuals across a wide array of industries with respect to all of their business, investment, family and individual immigration needs, consistently and ethically achieving positive results for her clients. Currently her practice is focused on EB-5, Regional Center and investor representation, and more generally, in all areas of Immigration Law. Ms. Nazario has an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London, with honors, a J.D. from Tulane Law School along with a Certificate in European Legal Studies, and a B.A. from Duke University. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and highly proficient in Portuguese, French and Italian.

Ms. Nazario has earned various awards and recognitions throuhout the years such as a recent selection for Who's Who in American Law, by Marquis Who's Who, Immigration Lawyer of the Year - USA by Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards, Elite Lawyer in EB-5 and Immigration Law, one of Top Ten Leading Businesswomen by Exeleon Magazine, and was also featured in the Top 100 Attorneys Magazine.  In 2019, she was nominated for Top EB-5 Attorney by EB-5 Investors Magazine.  She has also been a featured panelist in various highly respected global EB-5 presentations and seminars and has received 5 star reviews from numerous clients for her professionalism and work.
