I’m deeply disappointed with how Salvador Law P.A. managed my immigration process. A lack of clear organization and consistent communication led to a missed deadline for my Labor Certification — an essential step that unfortunately brought everything to a standstill. When I requested confirmation ...of any prior notice regarding the deadline, no documentation was provided, and the entire responsibility was shifted to my sponsor. I dedicated years of effort, invested a considerable amount of money, and placed my hopes in a future I had worked hard to build. I genuinely believed I was working with a professional team, but in the end, I felt unsupported and disregarded. This experience has been extremely difficult. I’m sharing it in the hope that others will take extra care when selecting legal support for such a critical and life-changing process.

BEWARE. This law practice is extremely disorganized and, in our case, caused the loss of thousands of dollars, nearly two years of effort, and a critical immigration opportunity — due to what we believe was clear professional negligence. We hired this attorney to help our family's nanny obtain leg...al status in the U.S. After nearly two years of work, we were suddenly told that a crucial filing deadline had passed — a deadline we were never informed about. We reviewed all our correspondence, and not only was there no warning, the attorney actually contacted us after the deadline requesting additional documents, which suggests even they were unaware of it. When we asked for an explanation and accountability, we were met with defensiveness. The attorney claimed it was our responsibility to understand immigration timelines — despite us paying for expert guidance. There was no meaningful apology, no offer to correct the situation, and no fair refund — even though our financial and emotional investment amounted to nothing. In our view, this reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and care. We are pursuing a formal complaint with the Florida Bar. Do your due diligence — we strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
